My synchronizer for the Feebas failed to work even though RNG Reporter said that frame was syncable .-. It also happened to me when I was doing Shaking Patch abuse. I got my Shiny Lilligant with the correct IVs/ability but the nature was wrong, so I had to redo it xD Chiizu told me that RNG Reporter is probably wrong for some shaking patch/bubble spot/dust cloud frames.

Lol, I have no idea what that means (Never used an emulator before). xD

Ugh, my syncer didn't work .-. I think it's because when I searched for a seed, I put the encounter type to Fishing instead of Bubble Spot because I thought since you had to fish in the bubble spot, that's what it would be considered as.

I know that, but I thought they only advanced by 1 each time they move, and SS is advancing by ~50 and sometimes even by ~100 .-. I'm going to take a break from BCC and try out Safari Zone xD

Edit: Btw, what's a good pokeball for Shiny Feebas (Milotic). I'm thinking Dive :P (This is in Pokemon white)

I've tested it once so far, and RNG Reporter is off.. by a lot. Lol, I just noticed that some of the slots are listed as 0 on 9.81 and there's only 1-10. The equation works, though ^^

But the frames jump a lot in BCC :( I was on frame 10, then I talked to that guy who lets you enter the contest and I went to ~50 and then I sweet scented and went to 153. .-.

Edit: I always land on frame 26 right after I talk to the person who enters you into the contest, so I guess that advances by 25. Then, when I'm on frame 42 (My target is 43) and I sweet scent I land on frame 100... And what's even weirder is that I hit frame 100 twice, but once I got Silcoon and once I got Krickitot and the encounter slot doesn't match for either of them. So I have no idea what's going on.. xD
