Anyway,I know how seconds my emulator takes after been softresetted to enter in game at maximum speed,and I know my calibrated delay(the delay I can hit easier)
on 4th gen or 3rd gen?
They either use the DS clock or mashing the A button to hit just one delay, but it's not a good method.
