Yes, that's what I've seen other apprentice's do. If your tutor is inactive than he won't be approving your reffings anytime soon, will he? However do what for DQ time before posting the round and if your tutor is inactive all of the time than you can request a sub-tutor in the referee training grounds.

If your tutor ref doesn't clear by DQ, I'm pretty sure you just post anyway. That is what other tutee refs have done in the past but if you feel obilged to wait, I guess I can't stop you.

Depends on whether you need starting pitching or reliving. Personally I don't think the drop off from Kendrick to Weeks is huge and you get a bonafide ace in the deal so I'd definitely do it!

Yeah, just put 4 for the SpA. I'm not sure what's up with the offensive nature boost. IMO, it's better to do calculations manually (it's more easy to screw up with the calculator oddly enough lol). Anyway, the damage should be 25. Thanks!
