I don't recall the frame advancing at all once you're inside the lab and talk to the professor to get your pokemon. I did all my advancements right outside the lab while verifying my seed via emulator. That said, you won't be able to hit something with frame 15 I'm afraid. I meant like if picking the totodile advances the frame by say 8 every time (I forgot what their starting frame was, but I'm sure someone remembers if you ask), then you pick a frame that's like 8 or maybe 9/10 so that once you're saved outside the lab - you hit your seed and just rush into the lab to pick up your pokeball. The rest is pure luck though on whehter or not there were any advancements, etc etc. It can be a HUGE hassle but if you're doing it on a cart, that's probably the only way. Bad idea on a cart imo, but if you're determined enough, lol.

Brave is viable. Seriously, Ice Beam, with a bunch of EV's in SPa is deadly. Trust me. its a bit gimmicky, but its very usable in Gen V.

That was my last assumption. Damn, so I'm going to have to get lucky that I get the desired nature or the synch works. I found one Jolly but I want Adamant. (Lol, the latter is what I have for the ID SID)

EDIT: I saw again a Jolly spread... where's Adamant... Anyways, I tried if the synch works with LoR Gyarados, but all it does is make the frames jump 100+ frames to a random adamant spread listed under chained shinies. (The IVs match with them) Even more strange is that if I don't use a synch, it gives me the seed before the current seed I was on. 0_o
