    In BW or HGSS? In BW, I know ID/SID abuse is not necessary for capturing wild shiny's, but the shiny frames are relatively higher. In HGSS, Idk if you need to, but I think you do.

    Your ID/SID determines the shininess of a pokemon in G4. So when you abuse your ID/SID, you're abusing to get an ID/SID combo that yields a shiny spread for a certain nature and IVs. I abused my ID/SID for an Adamant spread and got a BUNCH of other shiny spreads, but the IVs are all terrible bar my Adamant one.

    Well, abusing your ID/SID isn't only for your starter; it's for capturing wild pokemon as well :) That's why I found a shiny spread that I can use for wild captures and for my starter (Lol Adamant Chikorita)

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure SID doesn't matter. So you could try looking for a specific TID but there's no guarantee one will appear with the Shiny spread you want. But it never hurts to try :)

    SID determines your shiny seeds bro. As long as you have the same TID, and possibly the same name, you can nickname your Pokemon.

    Actually, that might be possible, but Idk, you'd have to make your search range REALLY wide. I tried searching for a specific ID once and didn't get results. So Idk, you can try, but you probably won't find any TID Seed that yields a shiny spread and is the same as your old one.
    Btw, if you're planning on Groudon we'll need to do 2 trades: A junk for Groudon on HGSS, and junk for Eevee on BW. My SS FC is 4941-8524-4211

    Ok, that's ok. Just know that it won't be as easy as G5 and there's a lot of trial and error to hit the right delay.

    Are you on a game cart, or an Emulator? If you're on a game cart, abusing for a starter can be really frustrating :/ I recently abused my starter on my HG cart and it was super annoying. But if you're determined, you can def. do it.

    Now, if you want to abuse your starter, you have to abuse your ID/SID. Do you have your saved data deleted?
    So midnight my time. Mainly just Groudon and Latios, the Groudon is Adamant w/ the best IVs Adamant could give back in Gen IV. Idk about the Latios, didn't know how to RNG when I caught it. The Groudon will also open up Rayquaza for you if you've caught Kyogre.
    you know you can get both, right? Lugia will just be later, as you'll have to get the Silver Wing in Pewter. I can still give you mine, though. Btw, when tomorrow?
