That team should work (although the common weaknesses of 4/6th of the team being the same type). You could try Smack Down > Stone Edge on Landorus, this way you won't be walled by Bronzong, Skarmory, Rotom-A and the likes, making Landorus a good lure for Excadrill's counters.

Ah,sorry for the late reply mate, but since I only know how to RNG in Soul Silver, I havent been on much on Smogon. I hope this answers your question.

You need to change 2 pokes then, perhaps Gliscor > Slowbro (both wall physical attackers like Fighting types) and Gastrodon > Celebi (they both take Water attacks, and with a +1 boost Gastrodon hits pretty hard as well, Gastrodon can't take status like Celebi could with Natural Cure, but Toxic Orb Gliscor does).
All the shown sets are standard, just pick what you find to works best for your team.
Standard sets will suffice.

The only plugin I downloaded was for icon making, but I use none for banners. I do use some sites for background or fonts, namely http://www.patterncooler.com/ and http://www.flamingtext.com/, bulbapedia for Pokemon renders, and google for basically anything.

On generation 4 I got helped not taught by Bakus and Arcticuno, And on gen 5 RNG I taught myself by reading the 5th RNG help thread. I also read Saeglopur`s gen 5 RNG guide to find my DS parameters.
