It's up to you, I can teach you HGSS. You can still C-Gear RNG in BW. If you want to learn C-Gear then maybe ask someone else since I was only able to successfully C-gear RNG 1 Pokemon.
If you don't want any specific IV's I could breed them...with decent IV's, btw did you get my PM with the banners?

It's free but after you make the banner it'll have a logo at the bottom like the first one I sent you...or you can upgrade to VIP for a bunch of "better features" but I didn't do that...I get a person over on marriland to help me crop them with paint for credits lol

I'm actually trying to abuse my ID/SID on HGSS so I have yet to start a new game.
Do you need some more banners for your thread? Since I noticed Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova don't have any. I'm not bad at making banners but i'm not the worst either =P if you want I can PM you some examples I made for my thread over on Marriland...since I don't know how to put a spoiler =/
