Since you already basically know how to RNG standing legends it should be a relatively easy transition to DPPt.
You find a seed, hit the delay.
For delay verification you are going to need the Coin Flip app. The one that has Magikarp on one side.
You flip that 10 times. That will be how you verify you your delay, or find that of an adjacent one.
As for frame wise, I suggest an odd numbered frame.
As to advance the frame you are going to be using your Journal. Only certain pages advance the frame by 2.
Pages that state you "Caught," or "Defeated" something. So since you can only advance the frame by two, an odd numbered frame is almost a necessity.
