I let my calculator decide who's advancing and who's not...because if I did, that's as if I'm deciding who's the winner and who's not. =\
Yep. As far as I know, only other person I donated my mons to is Buckert. Can't remember if I did it to others, but you and him are the only ones that I can think of that I've given special redis rights to.
Come to think of it, my Oblivia Deoxys used to be semi-redis. Sadly, it's fully redis due to Eminem's giveaway (he killed the value by hosting his Oblivia Deoxys in ,pkm's, apparently). Good thing that won't happen to my ErupTrans anytime soon, as these are one-of-a-kinds here in Smogon. (any ErupTrans by others are most likely non-redis).

Oh, I see. Well, feel free to redis it. Everyone pretty much knows about this Cresselia anyway (and there's plenty out there who are dying to get their hands on it), and it's more unique because it came from a shiny spread that isn't even RNG abused. o.o

Oh, now you finally know. If it does have a nickname, fully redis. If not, non-redis. But if it doesn't have a nickname, you can have special semi-redis rights if you want.
