Yeah I understand OVERGRO has a 12 hour difference as well.
I'm thinking Surf/Hydro pump, TXC, protect, wish.
I see the use for Leechseed now, but TOXIC? Shouldn't Vaporeon have Surf or Hydro pump instead of scald if you want TXC?
