1. I understand that, and that is a point in your favour, but We are trying to have less groups with more people in them. "Too many chiefs and not enough indians"
2. I hope plc will believe you, but chances are he won't... Proof will be necessary, which brings up back to point 1

Ok, well the three main concepts to get into the officer's HQ are:

-loyalty
-reliability
-responsibility

I'm not going to explain these now because I don't have the time, but if you can achieve there, you'll be eligible.

The things to prove you don't have these things:

-you own another group (I know the SSIS and Magma, but they are our most important allies)
-you've had too many quarrel's with plc (I know it's in the past, but plc wants proof it won't happen in the future
-you have a licky avvy (and a spammy attitude)

fix these, and we'll have no reason to prohibit you...
