Nice, the guy listed out the IVs and he said it was HP Fire. i double checked and yes it is HP Fire.

it was only 13 kills each i did it in round 5 mins per stat
Really I found a guy on Serebii who has one that fits your description. Salamance IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31. You just have to remember not to redistribute it.
Did you get that Magnemite you wanted? I also just got a Naive Salamance w/ Outrage. -
