We don't need the name "Classic Lead", so just stick with "Lead"
"name", "evs", etc. aren't capatalised.
Also, there are spaces between slashes.
I dont really know much about any other tier other than LC but I can go over it!

People tend to max out HP for maximum general bulk, but the other stats are for their preferences. In some cases, some players like using Bold Deoxys with 252 HP / 252 Def for physical bulk, or vise versa for Special bulk (mainly because Deoxys-S has already incredible Speed). If you need to outrun certain scarved threats like Darmanitan, the Speed EVs can be adjusted so.
For moves, just go with Light Screen | Reflect | Magic Coat | Stealth Rock / Psycho Boost with Light Clay.
