Most of the time, yes (although Friday afternoon counts as a weekend). I can occasionally get a trade in here or there, but I can't get the 15 DW females in lol :P.
I have someone helping me out with all of the ones you listed, except for the Mamoswine, Togekiss, and DD Tyranitar.
You can absolutely exchange those credits for those Pokemon.
Sorry for the confusion. "Free Agent" just means I don't have the pokemon on a team. It doesn't mean I'm giving it away for free. Pokemon in my "Benchwarmers" category I might give away for free.
