It isn't altering because the sav file was restarted over again to get the desired SID/TID.

Well it was easier to find, with breeding I can a better IV spread because parents IVs get passed down.
I can get that IV spread with breeding.
Yeah, I just looked it up, the target should be 31/31/31/30/31/31 for the best HP electric spread
I believe there's a better spread than that for HP electric. Low speed IVs are bad :/ I'm pretty sure it can be done with at least 30
