    For moves, if you have TM23 Smack Down, teach him that (this would be awesome).
    I always prefer EV trained, but UT is ok. If you do happen to EV it, I'd like it with a spread of 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed.

    Perfect spread for HP Ice 70?
    Because completely flawless IVs are useless on a Naive Landorus, it needs HP Ice 70.
    The best spread would be 31/31/31/31/31/30
