Machamp is good, Cress has lower than base Happiness(Might be from trading and giving medicines), Lanturn is good, Dusclops is good(But IVs aren't the best), Dusknoir is good.

Also Sky is not even on Smogon, and our pokes are all fully redistributable, so I don't know why u would think that it cannot be distributed to people outside of Smogon, u definatly can.
