Uh, sorry, I was going to explain but then I fell asleep. I would recommend using PPRNG to find you a seed (minimum delay of 1,000), and using RNG Reporter (using mono to run it) to do all the calibration.
To run mono you go to Applications > Terminal or Applications > Utilities > Terminal (I don't remember which one), type "mono " (with the space included) then drag the RNG Reporter.exe file onto it. Be warned that it runs slow, so for anything that has a "max results" option, you're going to want to lower it as much as possible, like to 100 or so.
I'd be happy to but you'd have to wait about an hour. It's almost 4PM here and I have to finish my assignments and turn them in online by 5. I'll VM you when I'm done. Good luck with that C-Gear RNG stuff too btw. I wish I could help but I know nothing about it.
I don't have PPRNG out right in front of me (I have a Mac but am running Windows through Bootcamp at the moment), but what seems to be the problem?

I've wanted to do Poygon2 for quite a while now and he somehow slipped my mind. I'll do those two next then though I probably won't do much for a couple days since exams are coming up. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thank. I'm really happy with them. I should available sometime around then but I won't have a lot of time. If I miss you, I'll be on later in the day though that will be really late/early for you. We should. The only teams I've been using are OU though. You'd have to wait a little while before I have a UU one built. :)
You find mostly UU pokes in Random matchup? I have never used it because I was worried about people that hack EVs full in every stat and facing drizzle+swift swim a lot. If it's not all that bad, I'll have to give it a shot. -
