Uh, sorry, I was going to explain but then I fell asleep. I would recommend using PPRNG to find you a seed (minimum delay of 1,000), and using RNG Reporter (using mono to run it) to do all the calibration.
To run mono you go to Applications > Terminal or Applications > Utilities > Terminal (I don't remember which one), type "mono " (with the space included) then drag the RNG Reporter.exe file onto it. Be warned that it runs slow, so for anything that has a "max results" option, you're going to want to lower it as much as possible, like to 100 or so.
