Well, I do have an RNGed Reshiram that you may be interested in if and when it comes to fleshing out that section. I have EVed him though in a rather personally preferred spread (I have him as a mixed sweeper, with him giving equal priority to physical and special). Not a conventional Reshi by any means, but could be an interesting punt.
Also, am I to believe you plan on covering Ubers given you have apportioned a post to be dedicated to them?
