Not really about the levels. I'm just a little OCD about it being the level it evolved at. I doubt I'll be using the DD T-Tar anytime soon, so that one doesn't matter much either. Just be a bit more careful next time :)
You kinda messed up on the DD Tyranitar. I asked for Aqua Tail instead of Superpower. Also, whats with the random levels for a couple of them?

You're welcome! :) Good luck. Just also realize that calling Elm advances the frame. So if you're calling him 10 times. Your frame needs to be above 10 as well.
For DPPt, you verify with the Coin Flip app. So thing as the elm calls, just with a Magikarp coin :)

Since you are hitting an odd delay, and you want an even. Switch your year by 1. Up or down doesn't matter.
So change it to 2010 or 2012. Whichever. I suggest 2010 though.

When in RNG reporter. Seeds to Time.
Enter the desired Seed at the top.
Click generate. Click the date you're going to abuse on.
Go to the middle put in + (plus) / - (minus) 0 seconds. +/- 99 Delay. Click generate. It now shows you all the adjacent seeds you could be hitting.
Click Search Elm, put in your calls. 10 of them. Click ok. It'll tell you what delay you hit.
