Okay, How does a syncronizer effect the PID frame? Like does it instantly give me my nature?

Really? Hells yeah! I want to learn but I won't be able to get around to it for a while. It's fine if you prefer something more standard but what about a male Ralts ability0, 31/31/31/x/31/0 with Shadow Sneak? He gets some good tutor moves in 4th gen that he misses out on in 5th gen.
