Ok so you need to add the delay's up and divie them by 10 and that will give you your average and same for the seconds
I don't understand what you mean. Do you know what your average delay is form the calibration phase?
Go to DPPt Time Finder, then go to Egg IV's. Input the IV's you desire. Click generate and it should come up with a list of dates and times for you to hit your delay and time

I'm not in either and I picked Europe for SS and NA for HG so I don't think it matters because they both downloaded at the same time and the same speed
All you need to do is plug it into your pc/laptop and it should work :D. No disc installation is needed. Have fun playing ss :D
