Thanks. I think the problem was (aside from restoring the entire memory card) that I've been using previous saves instead of future saves. I will try this out once my copy of XD ships in. If it does work... heh heh...

Actually I just figured out on Dolphin that if you use a save farther ahead it works. Excellent.

I know it's going to rain, but I mean no weather outside right away. There'll be a heavy rainstorm when Tornadus comes. It said to make any season change animations before you leave the house because it can affect the speed at which you can get through the Tornadus animation. I'm just going to keep the month. In the guide it said that it's better to use one with no weather. Plus I'm already saved inside the house, so I can't change the month.
