Feel free to keep a Lugia, it's in my trophy case (non-redis). People seem to like it, already got 2 pendings to trade it (and I only trade it for 2 pokemon/credits).

Level them both, tangrowth needs power whip over ancientpower (lvl 54 move).
Then just 1 extra tangrowth copy and 3 extra lugias.

That's the easy part! :)
Feel free to keep a copy of the finished product for Dragonite. It'll be non-redis, but you can use it as either a Choice Band set (by later replacing dragon dance for a coverage move) or a not-so-bulky DD set (with Dragon Claw and Roost).
Just remember that the copies you return should have ExtremeSpeed, Dragon Dance, Outrage, and Fire Punch. :D
