Also if its is burena password playing then choose a date that closest to being 21:00, let the time roll over to 21:00 then do 111 advancement

0. Can you make a save file of your game, preferably a save file compatible with action replay dsi or nds adapter plus. If you can do this I can help you extremely fast.

1a. How many roamers are currently roaming?
1b. Who is roaming and what were their save route?

*Note since the only way to verify the frame in Lance room is via roamer method, I'll assume that the you'll getting frame of 3 due to a roamer or 2(but I believe POJ already address that)

1C. What is the target date and time?

2. You have saved to be 1 step away from lance?

3. Can do you use eontime, pikatimer, or any other timer? If so can you hit high delays? Since this HGSS, I'll assume you are using a timer due to the normal delay being 488-500

4. Are you doing this from a cart or emulator?

Just move to the radio channel with your stylus and then move back to the center again. That's how you advance with your radio.
