    Yea, but the both Mewtwos, doesn't it say it comes from Kanto, since there is a "Kanto" in SS/HG.

    Did you try the spread w/ 25 SpAtk first? I'm not sure if it wasn't possible because of my ID/SID, the generated opponent's ID/SID, or something else.
    I know its in japanese, i thought you can nickname it M e w, but its ok. What nature do you want for mamoswine?
    I believe, it's will not get unobtainable spreads.
    I think the game dumps the seed somewhere, and performs calculations.(Otherwise, all these spreads will be impossible, because the game is already advancing the RNG at a fast rate)
