Did he make you hatch them all in the same location? Because if he only said to hatch them before distributing them, you probably could have hatched them where ever.. as long as you didn't give the giveaway winner the egg, itself.

do whatever smogon says for both, so yes. there are two different spreads on smogon so you'll be ev training 4 pokemon. that is 8/3 credits but ill round it up to 3 credits.

distribute them before you train them. it will be better if you cloned and distributed while training. im gonna hatch and head online
