I'm not quite sure where to start, so I'm going to try and figure out how much you know. You know that the frames for the egg's IVs need to be at 8. Have you already found a bunch of seed in Time Finder that have three 31's, like 31/x/31/31/x/x or 31/31/31/x/x/x?
