yah that situation has always surprised me, despite not using euros you still suffer because of the eurozone... oh well I believe it's the same for every country that trades with the US in their currency (our case as well D:) (although for UK it must be more of a political issue rather than economic)

well I think it is not too different from the US government. there are two main groups like the democrats and republicans. Just imagine the democrats have been in charge of the government for over 10 consecutive years and suddenly lost to the republicans. that's what's happening here and I think the true source of the conflict bursting now.

"Free and good quality education for everyone" that's the main claim, many schools and universities have been on strike for around 4 months thus risking to lose the whole schoolyear (for highschoolers). As for universities most have called a truce in order to finish up the first semester but now threaten to go back to it if the government doesn't accept their demands. that pretyt much sums it up xP
until next week yeah. although we're still not sure if we're having a second semester at all because of the whole educational conflict in our country u.U
just finished mine... sadly I failed at one of my subjects u.U and now my family's after me (stares at the pc and pokemon) xD but oh well I'll just have to do better and bear with everyone at the same time xP
