So I'll use the seed you gave me.
Since the encounter slot is determined by your current frame + 1, while the IVs/nature/etc is determined by your current frame + 3, you're going to need to subtract 3 from the desired frame. Let's just go with frame 71.
71 - 3 = 68
68 + 1 = 69
69's PID = D296F9AF
F9AF = 63919
63919/656 = 97
97 = Slot 10
Slot 10 = Pinsir during all days.
So now you take the Method K frames while having a Synch listed as careful. For Encounter slots what you do is you take the current frame (the desired frame) add 1 to that frame. Take the last 4 digits of that PID convert it do decimal divide by 656. If there is a remainder meaning a decimal like 12.72436490321647213 just get rid of everything after 12.
Once you finished dividing you take that number and put it into this chart:
Slot 1: 0 - 19
Slot 2: 20 - 39
Slot 3: 40 - 49
Slot 4: 50 - 59
Slot 5: 60 - 69
Slot 6: 70 - 79
Slot 7: 80 - 84
Slot 8: 85 - 89
Slot 9: 90 - 94
Slot 10: 95 - 99
Once you find the slot, go to Serebii's BCC page, very left is slot 1, very right is slot 10.
if you do the Mimic glitch, it'll work.
Items don't work in BCC.
You have to either decide whether you want to use a Synch or a Sweet Scent. As you can't have both in the BCC.
Since there are a lot of NPC's moving. Sweet Scent is the best choice.
So that spread won't be viable as there are no frames that don't need a Synch. You'll have to find a different one.

Try the same amount once more, and check what you get. If you get around the -62 again, then try 40 more.
