You mean like, walking into Lugia's cave place? When I RNGd my Lugia, I saved outside of the entrance and advanced right to my target frame (For some people, they advance to 1 before the target frame since interacting with the stationary pokemon advances by 1. Idk why interacting doesn't advance my frame at all) and then went into Lugia's spot. The frame didn't advance at all for me, so I would assume the same would happen for you. But, interacting with Lugia might advance by 1 for you.
