I'm not really sure. I was kinda surprised by how straightforward it was. The cool thing is that just about any seed will work for any of them. I also have seeds for each encounter slot, so I can easily find out what is in each one. That helps. Up until now, apparently no one knew what the rates were either.
Haven't looked at fishing or surfing yet though.
Haha.. not sure if there's anything you can help with or not. I'm mapping stuff now which is the easy-but-tedious part.
I'm not sure what BCC slots are like. Haven't messed with them but there are 10 slots, 0-9. And there's a good reason that they're usually in the "common slots." =)
