  • No it's not the same. The game has to create a new PID and IVs for your egg. It doesn't have to do that for Shedinja/Ninjask. Nothing changes when your Nincada evolves (IVs/PID are the same for both Shedinja and Ninjask). The game just updates the stats like any other level up/evolution.

Yes you're correct on the second part.
Evolving Nincada does not advance the IV Frame. It's not the same as withdrawing a Pokemon from the PC.

P.S. Reseeding is not the same as advancing. If you're on frame 17 of a non c-gear seed and you turn on the c-gear you'd be back at frame 3 on a c-gear seed.
:) I'm going to put a post in the research thread sometime soon. I've got a pretty cool setup on that link I gave out too. I think all the encounter tables should be like that, but oh well. I expect zombie will be coming up with a guide too. Seems like everything's going well.
712 is too low for winter. You need at least 800+ (probably 850+). I'm not sure why it would rain all seasons. It shouldn't rain in summer.

The C-Gear does not advance the IV Frame. It completely reseeds the RNG (not good for non c-gear) so don't turn it on.

If you have a Nincada you can walk 128 steps with 5 Pokemon in your party (inlcuding Nincada) then rare candy Nincada til' it evoves (to Shedinja & Ninjask) now you have 6 Pokemon in your party so you can walk 128 steps again and get to frame 12.
So pretty much we got the mapping down.
How to determine the encounter slots for different seeds, I don't know yet but I think Toast does.
Yeah, I noticed that as well. The savannah didn't match up with that though. There were a few oddities. For one, there was an off level when they are normally ascending. Another is that the houndour encounters get thrown off a little if both it and rhydon are present. I think I'm just going to mark it as having some strange interactions and leave it at that.
    Maybe it's the trolling :/
Hope I can do it, especially after I'll restart my White cart, to get shiny Thundurus
And is it random about the fact that sometimes a weather will come, and sometimes it doesn't?
I mean if you step out of the house to encounter the roamer.
I think Premier Ball's colors match that to Mr. Mime's body :p

And yeah, I saw your posts at RNG Help thread about shiny roamer RNG.
    I hope it's not too hard :/
I'm also planning to catch Mr. Mime in Premier Ball, only difference is it's HP Fire 59, instead of Fighting (88 after Technician).
    Maybe hours later or tomorrow.
