There is, but I don't know it. Toast does, but he hasn't told me it.
I'm going to write how to manually do it. It's pretty retardedly easy.
You hit your seed, go to an area that has different Pokmeon with different levels on every encounter slot. Check all the frames with the spread you want, write it down what Pokemon appeared. Check the encounter slot table and find the Pokemon. See what number it was on. Now you know your encounter slots xD!
Plains is where I go to check the encounter slots. As every encounter slot has a different Pokemon with a different level.

Give them to him so he can update the site.
Although currently there is no way to have RNG reporter or any math to list the encounter slot. At least until Toast writes something up that spits the encounter slot out. Which he said he is going to write.

So we're stuck with manually finding it. It's super easy though.

3 and a half more areas, and I'll be done mapping.
Half of Swamp, all of Marshland, Mountain, and Wasteland. Then done mapping, which I'll then be able to write the guide WHOOPIE! :D!

If you'd like to help, I'd be more than glad to teach you how to find the encounter slots of the Pokemon.
