I tested it on nonsyncs. It's 100% working if the seed you're trying to hit is the seed youre actually hitting. That's not anything you're doing wrong, its just a flaw in the entire process.
Not right now, thanks. It may have to do with the sync though. I didn't have any trials with those because WZ took everything off the save except a random farfetch'd.

The PID is doing strange things in safari zone I think. The thing should work if everything is lined up. That hasn't been easy to do since the seed it shows and the seed you're actually hitting seem to be different or something. If you get a chance, look through the frames and see how far off it is.

Yeah, seeing back the good 'ol times might sometimes motivate us, or it might depress us a bit (especially if the past is better than the present/future).
It's a shame most of the prices here to convert Hi8 tapes to DVD are a bit too expensive.
Most here are about 800-1000 pesos (about $18-$24).
But fortunately I found some that's cheaper, which only cost 500 pesos ($11.6).
And they'll even throw a discount if I'm going to convert at least 5 tapes at once.
Not to mention they're quicker, only take 1 or 2 days (compared to some that will take a week, or worse even 2 months :/ ) -
