Well there is Hozu's way and 7014gree's way who should get permission from him to use. There is no converter. Just use winchu's pokerng to search spreads and the frames advnces roughly 60 frames per second
So if abuse the ID needed for the pokemon, it justs become shiny?

Sorry, I have no idea how to make GOOD pokeblocks or get max stat points in Emerald. I remember reading in the DMP, though, someone posted a Chansey from Emerald and it had max contest stats and they explained how they got them. But that DMP got deleted. I think you can search it on youtube. Something like "max contest stats in pokemon emerald".
