because the first call is 4 calls before PID, the lowest possible full calculation of a Pokemon.

The game has to use the first 4 calls for stuff before the it determines the PID. 5+4=9. RNG Reporter combines the whole routine into 1 result per frame, it's just that there's 4 calls needed before the PID, instead of 0.
It won't exactly match due to the 0x80000000 xor depending on the TrainerID/PID decision.

If you use the savestate for Beldum and have the same blocks you'll get Misdreavus, not Mime :P
Ok. You'll either get a Pidgey or Mr. Mime, but I think you'll get Pidgey. Unless you're planning to use blocks :P

I just tried frame 40 at Peak, and I should've got a Graveler but I got a Lv 15 Magnemite, so the slot turned out to be 1. I'm not sure why, I'll ask Toast. You can try testing it to see if you get slot 1 as well if you want :P

And it looks like we do in fact have the same encounter slots. The only other frame I tested was 12, and that ended up being encounter slot 5 if that helps :)
Also, I'm about to test to see if frame 40 without a sync is slot 8 like that Seed/Frame thing said. If it is, that means any other nonsync frame will work for the Seed/Frame thing (most likely) :D

Oh! If you're using the same spread, then we could possibly have the same encounter slots. :o

Hey Kiebin, I'm going to ask Toast if I'm allowed to teach people how to use the Safari Zone encounter slots that he and Winters Zombie mapped out. I'm sure he'll say yes, but it was his discovery and I just want to make sure!

I checked the encounter slot and researcher and determined that I was at frame 354 which is 353 for the Cave Spot frame. Now what?
I'm using the White encounter slot table + Method 5 PIDRNG. Encounter 0 for cave spot yields a level 39 female Excadrill with Sand Force for my seed.
I hit the seed and do only one advancement and tell you what I get.
I found the same exact thing at frame 475. I believe that is more realistic given that I walked 256 steps. -
