Not exactly. Just because someone was banned, doesn't mean they're banned permanently. You see, when a player gets banned, there is a possibly that they might come back but that's the mods, the super mods, and the administrator's decision. So they decide if the player should be banned or not.
No, I emailed him and he told that he should be unbanned in one week.
I don't know. All I know is that he had ICBB status. I don't know how or why he was banned but he should be unbanned in a short while.
