Yeh I'm using Chatots and going for IVs, I have a Sync.

Gonzo said it may be my frame; the frame that is set next to the full seed info says: 14, so when I load my game infront of Cobalion, I flick 14 summaries, then engage. Still the wrong frame.

On an attempt to get Cobalion, I opted for a 12 frame one, I hit it I'm sure, yet didn't get the IVs, I did the capture again and got the exact same failed IVs, :L

Ok, to RNG in the Safari Zone. Here are the basics:

Save in front of the man that lets you inside. Hit your seed. Once you verify your seed, talk to the man to get inside. Then get into a grass patch (I usually save with a repel activated) and find out what frame you're on by calling Elm (Since stepping in the grass advances by 1 or 2). Then advance to your target frame and use Sweet Scent like you normally would! :D

But you won't know what Pokemon you'll get unless I teach you the slots. Unfortunately, it's really late here and I don't feel like teaching you (Sorry D:) so is it ok if I teach you tomorrow? For now you can just try your luck and see what you get, and tomorrow I can teach you! I hope that's ok.

You don't need to check the shiny box since Gyarados will be shiny for every frame.

Just pick Chained Shiny Theoretical, insert a seed you found, and look for the frame with the target IVs. Then check the nature that frame has. If it doesn't have a nature you want, change the seed and keep doing that until you find a seed with your wanted nature!

The bad part about Chained Shiny Theoretical: The natures are determined by your ID/SID so you the Method K seeds that you paste won't have the nature they actually should.

So what I did was I searched for a bunch of Method K seeds, regardless of nature, I just searched for IVs. I changed the method to Chained Shiny Theoretical and put in my ID/SID and pasted in the seeds, then I looked for the frame with the target IVs and checked the nature. Other than that it's that same as any other stationary pokemon (Except Gyarados moves so when you exit the pause menu press A fast). Any questions? :o
