you will see a bunch of results pop up,now there are some nature's that are bolded and some that are not,the bolded ones mean that on that frame your sync will work,now what frame is the closest to the top that is bolded
Took a break for my sanity, and am going for it again Dx
you will see:
Method:select method 5 PIDRNG
encounter type:stationary pokemon
sync nature:impish
seed (HEX):paste the seed you copied here
then on the right side of RNG reporter you will see a button that says : "calculate initial PIDRNG frame" click that then hit generate
on that seed that you have you will right click and select copy full seed to clip board,then go back to the main window of RNG reporter
But its not done yet now you have to control the pid to make sure your sync works,this is where chatots come into play :)
ok now that one frame that you have that will be the monster frame,in other words you don't have to do any advancement for the iv's
I think theres something wrong with it... let me reset it after this try :P

set the method to method 5 (standard seed)
then set the encounter type to stationary pokemon
also if your doing a jolly cobalion set the iv range to 31/31/31/x/31/31
Ya, plus for some reason, Pikatimer changed the 2nd Timer to like 800 seconds, when it was about 100 before when I was adding a delay onto the timer >.> the 10 minute wait is killin me
what you need to is go into the time finder and search for a seed with your min and max frame set to 1 -
