Hello Team Magma Boss Maxie. I challenge you for department head position of the SSIS Military in a Smogon tiers Standard OU battle. Artemus gave me this message:
I, Exec. Cmdr. Artemus Moniz of the SSIS do wholley permit that Exec. Lt. Col. Complications participate in a battle against Maj. Team Magma Boss Maxie for the position of Head of the Military Department of the Smogon Secret Intelligence Service. The battle may take place on PO and in any teir. A record of the battle must be submitted for verification of the winners victory. If Complications wins, he will be promoted to Department Head. If Maxie wins he will retain his current position of Head.
