K, so transcription is basically RNA copies the template DNA strand (5' to 3'), it involves a RNA polymerase, but I don't understand that part. The RNA is then released from nucleus and sent to ribosome. Translation involves 3 nucleotide codon chains that each code for an amino acid. tRNA carries the amino acids to the ribosome where they go in one by one on the approach site and form a long chain of protein. Replication is basically when DNA unwinds and DNA binds 3' to 5' based on the replication fork, and the other end binds via Okazaki fragments.
