i click it and it says pop up blocked. I then deny the pop up blocker and then I click the link again. it takes ages to go and then it appears saying "Internet explorer has not found this website"

Just make each frame in gimp as a new layer. When you are done save it and click the scroll down menu and click gif when you save it. Then after you click save, click on the option that says save as animation. Then you can choose how fast you want it.
