Hi joey, hru? I'v been a fan for a lot of years (before ambipom ttt to give a general time), but never commented nor sent teams. But after I saw you wanted to play some dou on aim+ i decided to send some teams i did really well with (even if they are old January-April 2025)


The first team is a sun team that i got rank1 with . I got r1 in one day during dlt starting from 1000 when i was ill.

The second team is a team i got r1 with at the end of this january and also the team i peaked 1985 with (really high considering the ladder at the time and now).

The third team is from april, and this time too i got r1 with it -__-
It has a skymin, a mon that is not the strongest in DOU, but i and two other people made it work somehow. I built it with two italian friends (bello figo and Madaraaaa).

so this looks like a hard tr with a random thundurs (also if anyone made this type of team i didnt know so dont comment its a sample team i am sry)
but its not a hard tr team and thats not a random thundurus its iron ball now what does it do it makes him grounded to get that juicy 182 base power rising voltage but it makes him slow (halves the speed stat) but it work perf here cus its a hybrid tr team so it can be a deadly attaker in tr
u maybe asking how slow is with iron ball well it hit 96 speed stat and it is actually slower than a happiny who is 30 base speed stat so basically it will outspeed any and everything in tr and u can get so many surprise koes with it cus no one expect a fucking slowking level speed tier on 101 base speed mon which it also outspeed any and every slowking if they are not absolute min min
now i previsioly had vikavolt who had similar sp attk and speed but lacked coverage (cant beat goodra) but thundurus does it easily it has grass knot for ground types focus blast for goodra and finally any move u wanna fit last i cant figure out (also i am too tired rn to figure out)

i have two tr setter porygon 2 primarily cus it can beat dnite and is strongest physical wall that set tr and can teleport and glowking while its not bulkier tr setter it has chiling reception which allow me set hail and enable iron hand and hoopa both of which outspeed everything not named electrode and belly drum iron hand can literraly end game in 9- 10 turn if oppo doesnt have weather control and hoopa is strongest sp attker i could find but stab ghost is rly gud

then their is tinted lens stakakataka which lets just say isnt star of team but takes 6 koes every game idk why is it not banned


so ye team has def weakness like overtime hazard chip and idk smth else but its a fun team atleast the ironball thundurus is cool ty

Yo I just hit top 100 with this heat banded araq + banded kingabmit. Its got Blim's dd scale shot dnite as a nice closer. The hardest matchup for this team is ogerpon water. If I see it on matchup, I dedicate dnite to trading with it. Sometimes the safest line is risking the speed tie with moth. No one expects banded gambit so you can pick off ogre much sooner than the opp might think.

Yo NDUU has been going crazy recently with stuff like rillaboom, iron moth, mega aerodactyl and even MEGA TYRANITAR in the tier rn. The meta is rlly fun and offensive rn and I think you'd have fun checking it out.

Hey Joey, I'm not sure if you play Dubers but this team got me to high ladder. The team is pretty standard for the Dubers metagame except for the gravity and sleep darkrai. You pretty much lead Darkrai and Calyrex, except when the opponent can outspeed you or has electric terrain on their team. If that is the case, you lead Arceus and a fake-out supporter (your choice, depending on the situation), and essentially try to sword dance and use E-Speed to counter the threat. After that, the game plan is just sleep and sweep. if you manage not sleep the mon, send incin and rilla, fake out, pivot, and try again. It's a pretty easy team to understand, so please try it!

Hey Joey, I made this Gen 9 Ubers team with Archaludon. I’d seen Arch used a bit in Ubers, but it was usually AV or lead rocks. But I started to think about the applications of scarf Archaludon in Ubers and how it could be a cool, niche pick. With scarf Draco, it outspeeds and OHKOs Koraidon, while also having sturdy which functions as a good fail safe for some sweepers. It also outpaces Zacian, which helps to revenge kill it or even hard switch, seeing as flash canon does a decent amount.

I find the team to be pretty fun. It got me to the 1700s which is the highest I have reached in gen 9 Ubers, tho I have stayed mostly in the higher end of 1600s, usually losing games due to me playing poorly lol. The team has some options that can be explored, especially with Archaludon’s last 2 moves, Flutter’s item, and a variety of tera types. Foul play, body press, steel beam, and heavy slam are some of the moves I’ve tried on Arch for reference. They all have their niches, foul play in particular was nice. I think Alo is incredibly underrated and fun in Ubers right now. Although the core does definitely has its weaknesses, I have found that this team can take on pretty much everything in the meta rn when played well.

hey joey, I updated this team a bit since good as gold and intrepid sword got banned on the natdex AAA ladder, I switched good as gold to stamina on cress and intrepid sword to well baked body on mawile. I peaked #2 on the ladder with the old team, and got back up to #5 with this version! Continuing the Trend of using underrated Legendaried in OU, this time I got Offensive Torn T. I saw this set in one you guys videos and instantly wanted to use it.

The idea is that Ground + Flying coverage is extremely good and with Tera Ground, you aren't weak to Rocks so you can afford Life Orb. Also you are immune to TClap.

This guy is super strong with Orb. At +2 Lu, Corvi, Zap drop to Weather Ball, Garga Slowking G, Offensive Ttar drop to Tera Blast Ground.

I run Rain to make it more consistent.

I have this NatDex AAA team for you with Prankster Power Swap Cofagrigus. It's so fun to "trick" an ATK of base 50 onto a threatening physical sweaper like Dragonite and wall it, make it switch or use it as setup for others lol

Full Potential Carkol team hit top 20 (1435)

Carkol can switch into Cyclizar's overheats or other fire types moves and start sweeping with that +6 speed. It used to be the most consistent counter to Talonflame before that got banned.

I have been enjoying using underrated legendaries. This time I got Okidogi.

I just run it on Grassy to make ground types lose. It's the free-est progress making mom with this set. You have such a good defensive profile just spam Gunk early game and Bulk Up late game.

I like this Rilla set because it's cool wincon in the end. I don't like clicking Uturn anyways.

Za is standard with some attack to get the rolls with Crunch and Edge.

Clef is my old favorite set, Twave Calm Mind. This set is still busted in Gen 9.

Lastly I have Specs Wake because Fire and Water types were being very rough, especially with weather. This guy so underrated without Sun. Specs Surf is still strong and especially Draco is a great nuke.

Mixed adaptabilty Blaziken catches many by surprise. Great Wall breaker & decent priority coverage. Prankster Toxapex with haze to avoid being swept. And volt absorb corviknight to make up for the lack of ground typing on the team. Rest of the mons are pretty standard.
