Perhaps you should mention specific Rapid Spin Pokemon who can team up well with Gyarados, as you only really made passing mention of the move. For example, Starmie would almost certainly not be optimal, due to sharing a major weakness, whereas a pokemon like Donphan (i know it's been made UU...
