If you are gonna contiune to use Mismagius, you may want to change the Special Def EVs, as Calm Mind pumps your Sp.Def anyway. I would focus on Speed if I were you.

lol, even with Jolly nature and 108 speed, Spiritomb is not exactly fast with it's base 35 Speed... I'm not sure on replacing the lead with Spiritomb - Yes it is a good lead, but shuckles referred to a possible Registeel problem, and that Spiritomb does not really do much against Registeel..
