I finally put RNG Reporter on Github https://github.com/Slashmolder/RNGReporter I'm pretty busy so I doubt I'll add any more code (except maybe fixing the off by 1 for dream radar). If anyone wants to add pull requests go for it.

RNGReporter is pretty old so it's never been tested on scaling or anything like that. Just ignore the minor graphical issues. Maybe I'll move the project to github and allow pull requests to fix them.

It's just that you start on frame 25 instead. CGear still does advance your PID frame so you probably will have to use a timer to get a Pokemon with the right Nature. Do that part at least just like how you would with Entralink abuse on BW1. I'll PM you a test build that's supposed to work...

It's identical to abusing normal stationary Pokemon except that IV starting frames are at 25 not 1.
