April Sprites: We did it

Great comeback after the failure of last year's April Fools! Thanks, Layell for not quitting on us for real and orchestrated this to the very end!
 
At the end of the week I'll hopefully have a credits page to thank everyone. Let me restore my pics in this thread too and maybe then we can move this out of IS?
 
There should be an option to use these sprites instead of the regular animated ones, I like them much better and the animations can get rather annoying.

I think goes without saying, but the sprites should be left up at least a few days after April 1st ends to force nonbelievers into accepting that this is not in fact a joke.

Is it bad that I actually like these better? Only animated moves doesn't lag me at all and it's great.

This isn't surprising, most of the sprites are at lest 10% to 50% the size of the animated gifs. Celebi is the sole exception being double the size of a normal gif and the second highest is half the size of a normal sprite.
