What about Torkoal from C+ to B-? It has great bulk on the physical side and is a good answer to Jumpluff among many other physical attackers. It's also one of few pokemon in this tier that can use Rapid Spin. I haven't used Shell Smash on it yet but I'm doubtful it's any better than the tanky...

IMO Duosion deserves to be ranked at least. Personally, I've never used it myself so I can't really provide any sets but it can be a pain in the ass with its calm mind set. Just surprised that it's not ranked at all, I would put it at C.

I suppose it could be annoying in that aspect but I don't really see much Baton Pass users in this tier. Is it even reliable enough to win matches consistently with it? I don't think Perish Song is worth a slot in Politoed's set despite its shallow movepool.

It seems too gimmicky for me so I haven't put any thought into it. However, I'm interested in what you have in mind for a potential Perish Song set on Politoed.
