Choice specs + timid would be better because tricking something a choice specs is much more crippling than a choice scarf. Choice scarf for the most part helps every poke(Excluding Walls) while a choice specs cripples physical sweepers like Scizor or exadrill.

your Tyranatar would be a better lead than gliscor so you can imediatly have sand and rocks up because gliscor isn't really an effective lead. Also for heatran you dont really need hp ice and dragon pulse. Everything that Dragon pulse hits hp ice hits as well excluding kingdra.

If your using trick room you don't want to have speed evs. If you need to replace beartif use an Escavalier instead. It has great defense and max attack of 400(somewhere around there) and its only weak to fire

For your ninjask i would recomend swords dance and a sash over sub so you can pass more power to your breloom. For ninetails you really dont want hp bug use solar beam or hp ground for other fires.
